I don't understand how we are trying to create jobs but yet Massachusetts just did major cuts across the state. I was the Director/Case Manager for the Work Readiness Program. I helped single moms transition from welfare into jobs. Our program taught Customer Service Skills as well as CNA training. Our program was running for 15 years and had a 95% success rate. And now I am out of a job? Let's cut the jobs of those who help others get jobs. Explain this to me please!
